Summer Skills with Team Canada -- Virtual Development Session

No experience required – all ages and abilities welcome!

Join us for an evening of talking para hockey summer skills led by members of the Canada’s Women’s National Para Team. This free development session offers the opportunity to learn skills that both players and goaltenders can practice throughout the off season. We welcome girls, women, and gender-diverse players to join our session and connect with the community.

This will be an active session so players will be encourage to bring:

  • Player stickhandling: Sticks & stickhandling ball (golf, tennis, racquet, etc)

  • Sledge and gloves can be used but not required as players can sit on floor

  • Goaltender Skills: Tennis ball & Theraband

If players do not have access to equipment or a space to complete activities please still attend so you can view skills and learn from Team Canada athletes. Great for both first-time and returning players‍! ‍

Zoom link will be emailed to all registrants prior to the event date.
